editorial / artist exposé
Part of our class in Art Theory and Aesthetical Practice 2 consisted of researching certain periods of arts as well as their famous representatives. To present all the information we have found we were asked to design a brochure.
For my design I was inspired by the artforms included like surrealism and pop-art. I wanted to create an organised chaos and connected therefore all pieces with a handdrawn line. I chose artworks similar in color and picked a main color out of the placed artworks for the graphic elements and occasionally the text.
